The team at O'Connor, particularly Louise, were extremely helpful in this process and made life easy for me with open communication about the costs associated, providing support and making for a smooth and easy transition. Really appreciated their understanding and customer service through that process.

I rented through O'Connor Realty and had a great experience. They were always friendly and professional. I had to break my lease and they were very transparent about the process and also found new tenants quickly. I also appreciate their honesty - after I moved out, I requested a refund for overpaid rent and they refunded more than I had expected because I had miscalculated it by a day.Highly recommend!

I have been renting an apartment from O'Connor Realty for the last 5 years. They have been absolutely amazing! I cannot praise them enough. They have always been there for support whenever I have needed them. So sorry to be moving out but if you ever need a place to rent go to O'Connor, I can't recommend them enough.

I had brilliant experiences with O'Conner Realty during the period I leased with them (3.5 years). They were responsive, communicative and professional throughout. I felt so comfortable with the whole team, special thanks to Bridie, Louise and Robyn. I highly recommend O'Conner Realty, I think they're a lovely family run company and very honest hardworking people.

I've rented in cities around the world, these were one of the worst. Everything was a hassle. Luckily we got everything in writing as when we reminded them about anything they promised, they denied it until shown proof. Upon moving out they said if we used any other cleaning company other than their very expensive one ($360 for a basic clean of a small 2 bedroom apartment) we would be charged twice. We agreed a moving out day and most of the flat moved out 3 days early but gave the keys in on the day indicated. We were then shocked to discover that they had taken another day's rent from our deposit. All they replied with was 'the computer works it out, it must be right'. There was no negotiation or any recognition on their part. All in all, keep away if you can, if not, make sure you get every little detail in writing.

I absolutely had the best experience renting through O'Connor. We had to break our lease early and they were very understanding and did their best to find someone so we did not need to pay any extra rent. They are always very friendly and were prompt to fix any problems we had at the house.
