The laser clinic in Chatswood is awesome.I loved the way the staff greet me. They give the best service. I am 100 percent satisfied by the service they provide me. Especially the skin treatments and the laser treatments.Thank you dear all the staff members.

I recently had a fantastic experience getting cosmetic injectables with Lucy Wolfgramm.She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, answering any questions I had and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Terrible experience.Don’t waste your time and money going to this clinic. Staff are nice as long as you haven’t prepaid for the package. After paying, BEWARE that you wouldn’t receive the same level of customer service. As per their advise their booking system has been changed, and obviously they can’t work with the new system. EVERY SINGLE TIME before i leave, they want me to explain about my package and the prepaid payment details! Otherwise I have to pay the difference which shows in their system by error!!! Some of the Trappist are so rude and of course their supervisor. Their supervisor even don’t greet customers. My last treatment with the lady who had scarf was so painful and she even didn’t pay attention to my pain. She was rude and bossy. I felt so bad in the room.Unfortunately I stuck with them and I can’t transfer my credit to another clinic, as apparently that’s not possible!At the end it’s your time, money and your choice.

Wonderful customer service experience. The girls at the front were very friendly and helpful as it was my first time here. Will definitely come back again and definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in hair removal.

Jess and most of the team at Chatswood are fantastic.Today, I was running late to a 45 minute appointment as I couldn’t find parking. One of the (newer?) staff greeted me advising she’d already taken another client through, I was happy to wait but she insisted they were now fully booked and couldn’t assist further (although I had offered to reduce what I was getting done and had a whole half hour left to my online booking). I was disappointed as I’d patiently waited over 30 minutes for appointments in the past - I understand sometimes that’s the nature of the business and delays can happen.Just as I was about to leave to find another clinic, I was advised by who I assume was the lovely manager that they could fit me in. She and Jess were excellent. Such a warm, can-do attitude and handled it all so professionally turning the experience into a positive one without making me feel horrible for being late.Jess even went above and beyond and offered to complete my whole appointment in record time.Thank you so much for the great service, Jess. You are always super professional, friendly and great at what you do! Saved me having to rebook.I’ve been visiting this clinic for the past year now and they’ve always been lovely apart from the minor hiccup with the new staff member today.

This branch is a hit-or-miss. Some do a good job. Others don’t. In my last appointment, the lady didn’t cover all areas that need to be treated. She was jumping from one area to another. Time to move to a different location.

I have been going to Laser Clinics Australia in different locations for years but I stopped going as I had a bad experience with the manager at Chatswood. I just happened to have her for this appointment and in the appointment prior someone burnt me with the laser, so I showed her and she was extremely dismissive and rude to me and refused to make a safety report or do anything about it (despite scarring and photos of the day it happend)

Great laser for a good price! They often have really good sales and are super friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!!

Lucy helped me with an anti-wrinkle treatment. It was my first ever session and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - Lucy is very caring, professional and informative. Highly recommend!

I tried BBL ( forever flawless) here, really good technician who knew what she was talking about and didn’t try and sell me a million pointless treatments -Will def go back to her especially when they have BBL on sale…
