Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park

Booked the two bedroom suite for our wedding and their services are splendid. Even offered us additional services to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. They even offered us a tour prior to our wedding day so we can familiarise ourself with the location. Their breakfast is pretty good but unfortunately we still have to pay even when we paid for the top suit (there weren't any available deal).

We just stayed 4 nights at this Home Away from Home. Truly, relaxing. The Breakfast Presentation & Selections are First Class. Perfectly cooked bacon. (one of these days I am going to get a Cholesterol test..and they will find Bacon) The rooms are Pristine,with an abundance of Natural light and a Nice view to the Dandenong Ranges.The staff throughout the whole Hotel are super Friendly and focus on making the guests feel Most Welcome. I could have stayed a few more days. It's a Little bit like Hotel California" You can check out anytime you like.....but you may not want to leave. Many Thanks

I travel for work at least 5 times a month and this is by far the absolutely best hotel I have stayed in in Melbourne. Fabulous, friendly cheerful staff, stunning rooms with the most comfortable beds and warm inviting lighting. Easy, free parking and beautiful restaurant. I did not want to leave.

I think it is a great business hotel. The resteraunt is passable. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Modern decor and rooms were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel that has great staff and world class rooms. The location of the hotel is at a business park near a Highway so public transport options are lacking. There are no busses or anything from here so you need to uber or taxi to the nearest train stations, the hotel could have provided an hourly shuttle bus in the morning or something for this since the train stations dont have all day parking. The rooms don't have a lot of amenities like teeth brushing kits or anything extra. The barebones stuff like towels, shampoo and so on were all good, just wish they used liquid soap instead of old fashioned bar. The hotel restaurant's free breakfast was pretty good and had a decent selection of items but coffees weren't included unless you made them yourself on the machine, we ended up just getting coffee from the macdonalds next door. Overall its a solid 4 star hotel with a unideal location and very barebones feel.

Easily in the top 3 hotels I've stayed in. I left for work at 4:30am everyday and when I arrived back Alicia and Amini would say hello and ask how my day was. They didn't treat me like a guest but more like a close friend and took the time to have a chat about my day and their's, which was great considering I had to come over for work for a week on my own. Great area to sit and relax or finish off some work around the bar and foyer area. Would highly recommend for any corporate traveller.The room was great and modern and the restaurant offered great food and impeccable service with friendly staff.

Having a business in nearby Fountain Gate, we stay here fairly often & it’s always been excellent! Near-new modern well-appointed rooms with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains.Dinner in Archie’s has always been pleasant. Chef Steve looked after our breakfast this morning, which prompted me to write this review, as he’s gone above & beyond to ensure that we were well looked after! It’s always great to see Chefs who still display that warmth of hospitality!Thank you - Hyatt Place has now become our preferred local hotel.Jess & James.

This was my first visit, went to have some after work drinks with my mates and let me say it was amazing experience. They had a variety of signature drinks and the presentation was good as well. We had quite few signatures , Moonlight lagoon,Balu met geisha, Caribbean knight and Classic as all recommended. The bartender and mangers were friendly as well.
