No can't get a smile out of the male senior staff member, only provides you with the minimum assistance. Not keen on dealing with the public??

I have been going to this Post Office for the last 25+ years I have been living here. They have helped me send copious Christmas cards and they helped me get my university assignments in on time. Recently they have been very kind to my elderly father who needed there assistance on a regular basis. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. Hidden gem!

Little frustrating at times and has some communication confusion. They seem unaware of delivery instructions and I told her I was sent an SMS to pick my things up after she pointed to the time on the card. She asked if I checked in with my QR which I did but I honestly didn't see her ask the guy Infront of me that question. Not sure who tried to deliver my parcel and said I wasn't home, that's not true I was home like most people during lockdown. It's annoying that they don't follow delivery instructions to press my buzzer because I know they now don't. Try to minimise contact with people and try knocking or ringing on buzzers first before placing not home delivery cards in the mailbox.

Honestly they only care about money, they will try to find any way possible to take extra money off people! When I went last yr they charged a medium satchel when I bought a small and then blamed me and then said they changed their packaging and sizes (which a yr on was a complete LIE). I went again recently and had my own satchel so I only needed to pay for shipping, but she charged me extra for the bag which was already mine . and she knew that too...Don't go here, take the extra travel to minto where the employers arnt thirsty for moneyThe man worker is nice tho

Very bad service they lied to me that express post was available but it's suspended ,as my letter was sent to Queensland what a joke will never use these guys....

Extremely rude treatment by the male post officer there today. Will go somewhere else in the future
