If this business employs drivers that do not respect other motorists and use their trucks in intimidating smaller vehicles and say they will not talk to the driver in question as it's my word against theirs!Really bad management and I will never use your business and never refer to other people.This is a call to management! Pick up your game because referring the driving to police is not the answer another driver using the road wants to hear.If higher management are reading this then you need to learn the chain of responsibility! Rant over!
