Andrew was extremely helpful and I felt had integrity from the beginning when he knew I was renting a go-get to the drive to the dealership through to the conclusion of the sale process.The car was exactly as described. Once we agreed the details of the sale, he offered to drive the car to my home later that day - everything went very smoothly with the only hiccup being caused by me and Andrew had a lot of patience!I'd highly recommend Andrew and his dealership.

My experience has been fabulous. Dealing with Andrew was an absolute pleasure nothing was too much trouble. We are from Victoria and brought my Volvo xc60 through them, we flew up to pick it up our plane was delayed twice but Andrew was understanding and made it happen. The car was in even better condition than described and I honestly couldnt be happier with the whole experience.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from Andrew at Concord Prestige recently. There was unfortunately an major issue with an engine element and a few other small problems, and Andrew was an absolute champion with having all the issues resolved at his cost, and me driving around in a car that I am happy with.Andrew was very accommodating and understanding and very proactive with having the car repaired and back in my driveway within a week, he loaned me a car during that process and met all of my expectations.I recommend Concord Prestige to anyone who is in the market for a quality second hand vehicle.

We bough a car during lockdown and it was excellent. Andrew was very helpful and made him self available to talk through things and send us a video walk around of the car when we couldn't test drive it. We paid a deposit to secure the car, and he delivered the car to us shortly afterwards. Great service. Would recommend.

We bought a new family car from Andrew and the team at Concord Prestige and were really impressed by their service. Their communication was prompt, they were flexible in meeting us to show the vehicle out of normal hours, and we found them to be honest and legitimate to deal with. Plus as an independent dealer they were willing to go above and beyond the service we have experienced elsewhere to make sure the car was inspected and ready for us, and reasonable on pricing too. Overall a great experience.
