Brazilian Butterfly Berwick

Clean salon, friendly staff and appointments ran on time. Was a little more expensive compared to other nearby salons. They use the roll on wax cartridges which I'm not a huge fan of as they don't seem to work well on my hair. I've only visited here once and I don't think I will return due to the use of wax roller. Other than that everything else was great.

I got a spray tan yesterday, and WOW! What an amazing colour, the technique is flawless! They listened to what I wanted and gave me that. Blew my expectations out of the water. They took great care around the areas that needed special attention, like wrists, fingers, ankles, knees etc.I have recommend to all my girlfriends, which will be attending too. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I usually love coming here, the ladies are kind professional and amazing but yesterday I didn’t get the same experience. I stood waiting for 20 minutes, the only woman working didn’t even pop her head out to acknowledge me as she was with another client. Whilst understanding she was busy, calling out or acknowledging that I had arrived would have been the proper thing to do. I wish I had walked out, after leaving with a top half of an eye brow missing that I now will have to fill for 4/6 weeks. There was no apology for running 20 minutes late, no apology to the girl who would be after me who had also came in not knowing I’d be waiting also. All I can say is I wish I had just left and had no waited since now my eye brows look like really long distance step uncles. I really will not be retuning after this experience.

The new manager and her staff made me feel very welcome and were very helpful with their knowledge of the after care" products they sell. The treatments i received were fantasic. I will definitely go back again"

If I could give zero stars I would. I am (not anymore after today) a regular customer but I had the worst experience ever with Brazilian Butterfly Berwick this evening. Disgusting customer service. Unhelpful and impatient staff. Those don't really matter if the wax job was decent. However I received the WORST wax job ever. Large areas were missed. Got talc all over my leg (it wasn't even a leg wax). Wax residue all over my skin. Boiling hot wax smeared all over my skin and at no point she asked if the temperature is ok. I spent another half an hour at home plucking the remaining hair because the therapist did such a half arse job. I have visited other BB stores as well but the Berwick store got to be the worst. Never felt so unwelcomed and rushed in my life!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!! I have contacted their National office to reflect my experience and I will take my business elsewhere.

My first time ever getting a Brazilian wax I chose Brazilian butterfly to do this service for me.The lady who done it was really sweet and lovely yet the quality of her work was shocking. Come home to see that I still had so much hair left. I am extremely disappointed and will never be coming here again.

Been going to BB salons for years, just depends on where I live and which is the closest. Been going here at first when it used to be at the old location. Then I moved. Back here since last year as I'm living this way again. Staff are lovely and professional. Never had a reaction to the wax here, I have sensitive skin and don't like using just any product.
