Very happy I found this place for my fur children. Just had both dogs and my cat done and they look & smell gorgeous. I normally clip them myself but I’m so happy with these girls I’ll be definitely coming back. Great job and good price, no complaints from any of us. Woof, woof, meow.

If l could leave no stars l would. Hands down the most unprofessional groomer l have ever come across in 20 years of dealing with groomers. Don't bother calling and expecting a timely response or good communication about your needs and prices. I was quotes $45 for a 9 week old puppy who needed her paws and butt groomed without actually speaking to me. I admit my patience was worn thin after chasing her for days. I would never recommend someone with so little regard for new clients. Not upstanding the top groomer rating at all.

Grossly unjustifiably overpriced and dog got a case of conjunctivitis the day after service here. Unfriendly owner Michelle didn't seem to care too much for either her human clients or her doggy ones. We were just travelling through so definitely felt it was a case of we'll never see them again anyway so rip them off". $180 to shear a Groodle in 2 hours forty minutes. Do not take your dog here. Our little Barney used to frequent this salon regularly. Since moving we've been attending one closer to home however he was always treated so well by best mates, came back clean and nice smelling and I loved that he had cute little photos. These ladies obviously love and care for dogs very much.

Totally pleased with the grooming service given today. The staff listened carefully to my requirements and requests, and provided their professional advice. They managed the first grooming of our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with minimum stress for our furbaby. Would recommend highly.

We've been customers of Best Mates Dog Grooming Salon for 3 years. They provide a fantastic service and I always know that my dogs are in the best of hands when I drop them off. Michelle and her team are always extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. If you want your pet looked after the I can highly recommend their services. Extremely happy, they were patient with my old boy as he gets nervous in new places but he came out a whole new dog and didn’t have any signs of stress. He looks amazing and would feel amazing. Highly recommend their services!
