I used Easy Clean Co. for carpet cleaning when exiting a property.I requested the company to come back and clean as the real estate mentioned that too much water had been used in the cleaning resulting in an odour.I messaged Lani, whom requested to deal with the property manager to which I declined as I had employed her company to do the job.Lani then took it upon herself to research the property manager make contact and organise, even though I stated numerous times that I did not give permission.Major breach of confidentiality, and almost stalking at the lengths this company went to investigating who may property manager was.Do yourself a favour and do not use this company if you want any professionalism, courtesy or privacy.Breaching confidentiality is a Major offence and stalking to those extremes is Illegal.Extremely disappointing
