Would never recommend this company for any work. The lady on the phone by the name of Lynne is super rude and completely not customer friendly.

Terrible company. Don't recommend using their services. I contacted this company with a request to install 2 telephone line and 2 ethernet wall sockets. They were meant to run 4 m long cable from a nearby main distribution frame. The electrician completely ignored instructions previously given to the company admin and chose much more difficult and time consuming option to run the cables from another access point on the 1st floor. He would also make phone calls and go change parking for his car during his working time. It took him 5 hours to do the job which more than doubled the expected costs. Admin on the phone was very rude and threatened me by sending somebody to pick up the money as I wasn't happy with the price. This company obviously makes their money by stretching the labour time.The 2nd phone line still wouldn't work and aTelstra technician who was called in said there is nothing connecting the second line between the main frame box and phone socket. I had to pay another $184.80 to make the second phone line working. So all together I paid $890 for service which should have been under $300.
