I had an issue with a faulty Microwave I had purchased yesterday. Leanne helped me with outstanding customer service, I was very impressed. I highly recommend The Good Guys North Lakes.

The gentleman that helped me out was an absolute legend nothing against him at all.The woman at the register was an unpleasant person to be served by. She was absolutely rude and didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. In my opinion if you don’t want to work don’t work, go home. The salty attitude and the eye rolling is just the worst attitude you can receive especially if you are trying to be nothing but nice.The only reason with continuing my purchase is because it would have been unfair to the gentleman who actually helped us out on the floor.Might be time to start looking for some younger, more energetic, happier and enthusiastic people to be on the registers who actually do want to work. :)

We went looking for multiple products and Allan was extremely helpful and friendly and we felt we were really looked after..Highly recommend this store.

During last week's 33 degree heatwave my old fridge decided it was all too much to continue on. Deemed non-repairable I headed out to Good Guys to see what was available, got a good deal on my choice, delivered & installed next day on time as promised. Very happy with the service, Thank you Good Guys.

Really lost their service ability. I got the same salesperson as JAB. Wouldn’t look up from his computer. Had to go hunting for him to. Amazing with all the items on sale you can’t actually take them home. The signs say you can on the expensive versions. Still playing the waiting game for my two items to come from the warehouse. Where is it? The Netherlands? This is the last time I will shop here. Avoid the place.

Wouldn't even provide one star if it was an option. I went in to purchase a Fridge on Monday 24th April. I had to search the store to find someone to help me after I chose the model I wanted. Found 3 or 4 of the staff standing together talking about who knows what, I politely requested assistance and a young male seemed annoyed to be interrupted from this conversation and walked with me back to the section for fridges. I showed him the one I wanted, he asked when I needed - obviously as soon as possible - he told me that he couldnt give me a delivery estimate until I had purchased the fridge.....excuse me? He elaborated and said that it could be weeks, maybe months before I could get it delivered but again he couldnt give me a timeframe until I had purchased the fridge......very very poor no way am I going to purchase an appliance that I need now for the sort of money to not be given a more definite response into when I would expect my purchase to be delivered. He actually seemed happy when I stated I would take my business elsewhere. Was actually a good outcome for me in the end, purchased my fridge $350 cheaper.....thanks for your poor service that sent me elsewhere.

If I can just give more than 5 stars to the 3 particular workers in this store and their service, I would!CJ (the manager), Leighanne (team member) and Lupe (team member) assisted me and my partner in securing our items to be b bought. I and my partner went there again not only twice but already thrice, and definitely will be there again for more times in the future.CJ just knows how to manage her team very well. well-coordinated with her team and gives so much customer satisfaction. CJ also provided good information of the products we are choosing from.Lupe and Leighanne serves us very very well, in excellent way all throughout our stay in the store. They do have a wide knowledge about the products they are selling to us.Good Guys is our newest favourite store now because of the service these girls provided!Give them a raise. LOL

This is just horrible customer service experience ever..Especially 2 female staffs on the counter so rude and doesn't look like they want to work..Do not please work on the front.. just stay on the backside will be much helpful and profitable for this store.

Absolutely digusted. Purchased a dish washer Saturday. Sales lady happily took payment for that AND $169 for delivery, promising a post 2pm delivery as I work fulltime and my partner also, who took the afternoon off (loosing pay) to be at home. Delivery man messaged me in the morning to say it'd be delivered from 9-12 and is now at large and not responding to me after I said none would be home then. Rang Goodguys who couldn't care less, told me I could not pick a time only a date, so I was lied to to begin with. Then told its my problem it's up to me and delivery driver. It's absolutely mindboggling they don't deliver Saturdays or can pin down a time. Goodguys woman was rude and dismissive and unhelpful when I rang and I still don't know where my washer is.
