Calling Ben on a Sunday for help with a computer which would only boot intermittently was absolutely the right call. Obviously very knowledgeable and friendly, he quickly found the problem through logical checks, explaining as he went, and fixed the problem initially with a part of his own to get me through Monday, then came and installed a new copy of the part he obtained the following day. Also fixed other issues such as paste having deteriorated. Very highly recommended, and you’ll get the care to get to the root of the problem and fix it that I hadn’t received at larger computer stores. Will definitely use his services again in future. Also very reasonable rates.

Dropped a PC that wouldn't boot in to Ben on a Sunday after lunch, he had it working again and ready to go by dinnertime. Ben was helpful, polite and professional, and the rate charged was more than reasonable. Very happy!

I can't speak highly enough about Ben! I received an absurd quote elsewhere to fix my laptop which lead me to believe I had to buy a new one... Thankfully I emailed Ben, who fixed the issue for a fraction of a price, and quickly. Very easy to deal with, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommended, and I would definitely engage his services again.
