Ben replaced gear change levers and derailer, added screw on grips and brought my son's bike up to scratch in general. Top quality job, professional and prompt. Highly recommended.

Ben serviced by 10-year old mountain bike. It's now as good as new, so I'm delighted!Ben's style is VERY casual and informal and he works from his garage, which I really didn't expect, so if you're looking for personal service rather than the traditional in-store experience Bike Shack could be a great choice.

Ben will go above and beyond to ensure your bike is performing well. I had issues with the derailleur and he kept working at it for me. Fantastic price wise too for his services. He has a great attitude and I highly recommend him!

Ben serviced and repaired my Bike a couple of weeks ago; great job. The local Avanti Plus quoted $700 just for spare parts OMG!!! Ben did the job for under $300. Give Ben a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Ben is passionate and enthusiastic about what he does. He straightened my nephew's bent derailleur hanger, and adjusted the gears and brakes. Down to earth, professional and well priced. I will definitely go to Bike Shack again for services and repairs.

I had issues with the gear shifting and brakes on my bike, and I found bike shack online, called up and took it in, the next day i went back to collect it and it was as good as new. Bike shack offers a Quality service by a top bloke who knows what he's doing and is really friendly and isn't expensive. 10/10 would recommend.
