The plumbers arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Chris and his team were very polite, friendly and informative, we will contact again any time we need a plumber.

Urgent work needed for blocked pipes. Within 2 hours of my call for help, Plumber Ronnie came and helped me out. Worked was completed within 1 hour and in cold, rainy weather.Prior to commencement of the work, everything and the cost of the work was explained - NO hidden additions to the bill added last minute.Would recommend this plumber!RK

Rick came out very quickly to our emergency leaking pipe at 10pm on Friday 27th he investigated the leaking pipe connected to the evaporative air con & was able to isolate the water to stop the leak which enabled the household to then connect to water. He also gave advice in moving forward with servicing the unit & pricing on the repair. We are very happy with Rick’s service, he was friendly & took the time to explain everything to us & we feel confident in having Rick come back if need be.

I called Metropolitan Group Australia on Sunday 4 Oct as my cooling system broke down and was shocked to receive the quotation from their technician (who'd visited the property on the day) for $500plus just to investigate what was wrong with the system after having charged me $141 for them to just come and see the device. He literally spend 10 mins on the property and left and gave this absolutely unprofessional and utterly ridiculous quote. I got the services from another service provider and guess what for $190 my system was back to running perfectly fine!Don't be fooled by their so-called script that they use when you call them to book a visit. The technician will come, fool around and hand you over with quotes that will make a huge whole on your pockets and probably you will end up replacing your system as thats what their ultimate suggestion was to me to.
