Excellent Customer Service Every-time. Covid Sanitize Check-in Station. Amazing selection of grocery items. Clean & Well signed supermarket. Wheelchair Friendly. Clean & Fresh Toilet Facilities. Also has extensive ranged bottle shop.

Ever since this supermarket was taken over by Champions the service has gone down hill. Used to be the best IGA in Bendigo but unfortunately I can't shop here anymore. Pathetic service employing staff with no idea. Off to Stonehams IGA at Strath Hill

A huge store so I wasn't used to it as in my home town it's very small , almost like a corner storeThis was a please t change and a massive range , and the staff were very friendly and helpful letting us know what isle products were in ... The check out operator also was very friendly

Not a nice experience. Long queues in the express lane. First time shopper seemed very unorganised as there were staff floating around the floors that could have taken up some of the queue. I found the store to be dark and just not inviting compared to other IGAs I’ve been to. Could do with a facelift. Checkout person wasn’t very nice either no apology, no smile. Maybe they were all having an off day. I’ll review again when I drop in there the next time I’m passing through.

I find it a nice store, friendly, though i was disappointed when i got home on Sat looking forward to some nice fresh bread only to see that the Mills sliced bread was frozen, there was no sign indicating so, and it isn't a cheap bread, a bit disappointed to say the least. i suggest that it is marked frozen, just a thoughtregardsAdriane
