Called multiple times during buisness hours to redeem a voucher for my partners birthday. I'm talking over 10 times with no answer. I also emails multiple times to no avail. I had groupon refund my voucher. What was the point of offering a groupon deal if you can't even redeem it?

It was truly wonderful experience with the guide from John, I would recommend everyone to try flying. My reservation got cancelled at first time, due to the windy weather, very unfortunate, but there is nothing we can do to manipulate the weather. The tricky part is that when people made the reservation, it need three parties to successfully fly, learner, the instructor, and the weather, so, it is kind of unpredictable. Overall, I would recommend this place to others, the lady at the reception and the instructor are very friendly people!
