I scanned the web for an entertainment unit which took me to Calibre Furniture. From my initial enquiry to receiving the unit, I was given fantastic service. Forks tracked down sitting in corner of a post office.Ordered 4000 forks from these people months ago. Emailed 3 times over a period of time as they had never arrived. Was told the tracking was not working and that they had posted more.Waited a month and emailed once more, was told to wait.Today I went to use a fork and there was none left which reminded me again that I never ended up getting them.I emailed Susan, this time they manage to find a delivery slip showing someone else’s signature!!! Condescending Susan then accused me of trying to scam a box of free forks, even after I showed the signiture on my license. She then proceeded to call me a bully for asking for what I paid for. Why the hell anyone would want to get a box of free forks is beyond me. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.The worst part was if they hadn’t have lied and stalled in the first place I could called Australia Post to solve it. Susan says she conveniently couldn’t find the ebay messages. And my emails don’t go back far enough to expose the lies unfortunately.I phoned Australia post who apologised on Susan’s behalf.You make on your own mind on these guys.
