Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff! After reading the good reviews i took my flute in as the F and E keys were playing up. Was fixed in 5 mins! Will definitely be a regular here going forward!

Chances are if you take your instrument to a music shop and they send it to a repairer for you, then they send it to Tom Sparkes. The reputation of Tom Sparkes is second to none, top notch professional instrument repairers in every sense - they give your instrument a full-quality clean, bath, adjustment, repadding, polish and service, and they can spot the issue with your instrument, being experts at telling flutes, etc. apart. Decent flute retailers even recognise when an instrument has undergone the Tom Sparkes treatment, it's that good. And even with small issues that they fixed in ten seconds, when it was small enough they did the kind thing and didn't charge. So I trust them with my instrument the way you trust Steve Waugh to bat for your life :D

The best service for the flutes! One of the buttons of my daughter’s flute can’t seal tightly. I thought it must be taken several days to fix. But the handsome gentleman checked, adjusted and turned it back to me less than five minutes. AND FOR FREE! Thank you very much! He told me that the flute should be maintained every 12 months. Of course, I will lock here for the all services.

Great customer service, quick turnaround time, friendly, helpful team. Would definitely recommend!Update! Great service again! Having serviced a clarinet only a couple of months ago, we had an accident with it last week. Henry from Tom Sparkes was a great help - phoned around to find the part for me, then did a quick check that everything was still in sound working order. No extra charge. You cannot beat this company for quality and service.

It would be hard to imagine a better business. They are currently inundated with repairs and services, yet they took the time to have a quick look at my daughter's flute which somehow was not playing the F key. Within minutes, it was all fixed and even though I offered to pay, they were happy to do it for free. I have also had my daughter's flute serviced here before and it came back looking so shiny and playing so well, we were absolutely delighted. We will definitely always come here for all our flute needs.

What wonderful service I got at Tom Sparkes Instrument Repairs. I spoke with Rob about the issue with my daughter saxophone and he was very professional and thorough! Our saxophone had a problem with the neck of the instrument and he was able to fix it on the spot for me while I waited. Highly recommend these guys to anyone and will certainly be coming back to get our instruments serviced by them.

Fantastic service! Can highly recommend this business. I took my daughter's flute in for repair (we weren't sure what had happened - got a slight bump on the table and 3 notes would not play correctly).... within a moment Tom had sourced the problem and fixed it rapidly. He didn't charge anything even though I was happy to pay for his assistance. Really kind. Good old fashioned decency and service with a smile. Thank you Tom! (Have also bought second hand flute from him a couple years before - great service then too!)
