Old woman Japanese employee is passive aggressive and has a rude and ugly personality worst customer service attitude. Disgrace to Chanel.. do yourself a favour and leave

Went to the Parramatta store with my partner to buy my annual Chanel products. I must say, the service we recieved, or should I say no service we received was very disappointing. After being ignored by the girls just standing around and chatting away we left the store and drove to Castle Hill David Jones. Now I know why I was warned not to go to that store.

I came here on Thursday 26/1 with my mother-in-law for browsing around. The lady in sleek bun was very nice and welcoming us. We tried different perfumes then decided to come back on another day for my fav that I tried that day. So I came here again today with my husband around 11:40am and the shop was not busy at all. A lady (in pony tail hair style) came up and say hi when we walked in; however, she turned her back at us when we stopped at perfume section then walked back to where she was standing without serving us or asking if we needed anything. Wow.We felt really unwelcome and odd. Then I asked if she was gonna help us because I would like to take my fav perfume that I tried earlier this week.She did not really smile or talk much to us during this visit. We both were in complete shock. It’s Chanel so we expected much more than that. Very unprofessional

The workers at this store are extremely rude and unhelpful. They can see you need help and either don’t acknowledge you or will give you a dirty look then go back to doing nothing important. Left and went to dior instead since the employees there are way more kind and helpful

Thank you Josephine for the excellent customer service experience. I had never encountered anyone who had such politeness, such knowledge about products and the recommendations were a true gem. Anyone visiting the store please look for her, she is “THE BEST” person if you need any suggestions with anything in the store. Overall experience WOW!! Amazing. Thank you.

Went in Chanel Parramatta today to get my self a fragrance I had tried last week that was suggested by Michael I think his name was? Super helpful and polite. The whole staff there are very professional, lavish, well-mannered & best of all they don't add any pressure. I was attended by Eva today and she was super kind & friendly, as-well as generous with the samples provided! Great presentation along with A1 customer service. Definitely recommend!

The customer service I've received at Chanel Fragrance and Beauty is never short of amazing. All the staff are very warm and welcoming. I've been working with Eva for the past 6 months who is the utmost professional, very courteous and kind, and always has the interest of her customers at heart. She has helped me countless times in selecting the right products. In fact most things I've purchased were entirely recommended by her and not things I had considered, but each time they proved to be exactly what I needed! She is able to understand you as an individual and recommend to your specific needs, not just generic ones. You can tell she is genuine in her care for her clients. She is one of the best sales associates I've ever worked with across the board in fashion and beauty. Thank you Eva!
