I recently had a hydro facial done with Alena and had the best experience. Just walking into the clinic you’re greeted with smiling faces from the girls, it’s a good vibe in the clinic. I was taken in for the facial by Alena, she asked me about my concerns with my skin and how the hydro facial will benefit me, she gave me great advice for my skin and what products to use. She was gentle on my skin and I left the clinic feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic place.Neat and clean.The place is well-managed, and all staffs are helpful in person, and over the call to make any appointment changes and clarify any doubts.I want to call out Sherie for her caring attitude and professionalism.

My daughter had six sessions of laser for different parts and I had 3 sessions for facial hair, so far, we did not see any hair reduction .The staff are very nice and friendly, however, they keep missing to complete the areas payed for, and they don't do a proper mapping for the treated area, they skip jump treated area. The technology used it maybe good for different beauty treatment but it is not recommended for hair removal as it is not effective.

I want to start off with the positives. Love the girls here, very kind and the clinic is just a lovely experience. I've always been treated with so much respect.Their facials are a lovely experience too. Really enjoyed their facialist who took her time treating me. Would highly recommend!However, I wouldn't come here for laser hair removal.I'm someone that has been doing laser for 18+ years, I don't think this place is for me.I have come here on a few occasions for laser, and each time I've had to come I've needed to return and have my face redone because loads of areas have been missed. The staff have been really nice about it, which is definitely a plus. They rebook me right away and I come back in to do the areas - but honestly it's a hassle that I have to come back a week later to fix up a service that should have been covered the first time. Once or twice, I don't mind - but almost every visit I leave feeling unsatisfied.It's not good experience for me as a customer to return back for a service that should have been done right in the first session. As an ethnic + sufferer of PCOS, there's always a lot of hair to treat and I expect that whole area to be done thoroughly because that's exactly what I've paid for.I also don't have so much time in my schedule to keep rebooking myself. I work weekdays and weekends is all I have to do my errands. Freeing up space always in my calendar for a job that should have been done the first time just makes it difficult for my lifestyle. Maybe others don't mind, I just find it unnecessary.Again, the service at this clinic + the girls here are so kind. I just think they need more training + diligence on laser hair removal.

I had my very first experience for laser hair removal and Ati at Elan made the process so comfortable and easy for me. She was kind enough to explain the entire process and help me understand the after care. Highly recommended

Very good service. Special shoutout for Ebony. She is awesome. She was super gentle and nice when she was doing laser on my face.Just a heads up, dnt book your service with Gina. I had the worst experience with her. She is very rough with your skin. I think this clinic shouldnt have insensitive people like her. There was a fire evacuation in my building and I couldnt go for my appointment, so I called them after an hour or two to reschedule and tell them my situation. My bad luck Gina picked up the call n said I need to call earlier and let them know beforehand. How insensitive a person can be that she is asking me to call during a fire evacuation. Service industry should work on their employees sensitivity and empathy.

Nurse Maggie is the best! I had a jawline and under eye filler injection, and really happy with the results! Very natural! She knows what is the best touch to apply on your face! Very happy and highly recommended!

Staffs are professional and friendly. I did full legs and arms laser and facial, so happy with results. New skin products are good!
