I found the team trustworthy, knowledgeable and cost effective for their service. I found Mehran through website for building inspection on 15 of March, he asked me to send the photos of my property then I did, when I asked him when can he schedule the time to inspect, he replied should be a week after , then I asked him the exact date and time . He sent me the message said : I won't be available till last week or March

The service offered by Oranik was disappointing and unsatisfactory. A detailed report was requested and paid for for VCAT purposes to lodge an application against a builder due to poor workmanship resulting in dangerous damage and the report was not satisfactory for what VCAT required. After contacting Oranik in relation to this I struggled to recieve any response and when I did I was advised the report would be rectified however never received the amended report, and then was not able to contact them..As the report did not meet VCAT standards I had to arrange for another company to attend and complete the required report, resulting in another $1500 that shouldnt have needed to be spent.

Mehran did my structural design, he did a great job.When I started building design through architect I had a continuous consultation with Mehran to make sure there is no issue in terms of constructability. I addressed his smart advises into architectural design and I can see the result now. I did not have any single issue during construction. I strongly recommend Oraink to anyone who want to have a headache free construction.

Oranik Engineers are great in their field and their systematic approach to their design projects is fantastic. its been easy and enjoyable experience for our projects and we definitely recommend them to other professional builders and developers.
