A little out of the way, but well worth the trip for a store packed with good product range and staff that are helpful and approachable, with good advice and ideas to help with the all important decisions.

Bad service from the get go, paid $250 for extra person to remove furniture, only carpet layer turned up. Got back $190 and if that wasn't bad enough, carpet layer wanted to lay new vinyl on top of old vinyl. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. Never again with this mob.

One star is generous. Paid a deposit in September, told floors will be laid Mid November. Heard nothing until we followed up Mid November. Got told will be Mid December. Mid December comes around, after many phone conversations that we had to start and they turn up and say they can't do it. Then get told it would be late January, ask to have it in writing, was too hard for them to do that. So eventually we ask for Our flooring that we have paid for, to be delivered to our house so we can get someone else to lay it before January as we have baby due January and 4 months should of been plenty of time for them to get a floor laid and they decide that they can only refund us.Poor communication, poor business manner. Feels like they have lied to us about even having the product in stock and just get throwing dates at us. Highly recommend staying away if you don't want to wait half a year before you get new floors.

Horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend at all. We were quoted for the wrong carpet. Since being installed I realised it was wrong as it was supposed to match our other carpet.But apparently I am dumb and in the wrong for not knowing the name and colour, because apparently if you get a quote from Carpet court you should know their terms in carpet and cross check their invoices. Disgust customer service.
