We moved back to Adelaide from interstate last year and Dianne from Smart Home Vision Realty was the most helpful real estate agent we could have hoped for during that stage.Nothing was too hard, the paperwork exchange was seamless and we felt very fortunate to have our application for the house we wanted to rent approved given we couldn't inspect it in person or meet Dianne in person. There is much to be said for having a conversation with a person as I did with Dianne during the process as opposed to entering all of your information into a database and receiving an auto email reply amongst the masses.We would absolutely rent through Smart Home Vision Realty again, cannot recommend their agency enough! I have bad experiences when I was working for this company as a Sales Representative and Property Manager. The Principal promised to pay commission for me but when I was leaving, I haven't got the full commission. She send an email to my client to tell bad about me. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I'll go to next steps to ask her pay for my commission and wage.You entirely make up story, Sylvie. You haven't sent me any email regarding commission although I have sent 2 emails to you. See you at the tribunal.

Disgraceful service from an Agency that should know better.Misleading from day one and the property manager Chris has no idea about looking after a customer, just a horrible experience that has wasted many weeks of my time while a family member of mine was critically ill in hospital.Hope I never have misfortune to deal with them again.
