Absolutely disgusting, always giving me the wrong orders.Ask for pork spare ribs but got bbq pork instead,took it back he claims they don't have spare ribs anymore,so got salt and pepper squid which was covered in batter and had no taste to it whatever, definitely no salt and pepper taste.A can off pal Dog food would taste better.Never again,unless they change hands.

This was the sweet and sour pork, chicken and cashew with no cashew. When I called I got told “is it really that bad and we arnt going to do anything about it” avoid this place at all costs waste of $50

Well. Been going here for about 20 years. Clearly they have changed hands.Please don’t destroy a local icon.Is sauce that expensive you can’t provide enough to match the pork. All be it overdone pork.Sorry.Until I see positive reviews I think I will be going elsewhere.Good luck with your business.

Pathetic service. Ordered at 6pm, was told the total price would be $106, and the order would be ready at 6.20pm.My son went from the dog park and arrived at 6.20pm, and everyone understands that there could be a delay, but he waited until 7.10pm with an anxious dog and the meal still wasn't ready.He took the dog home and I drove to the store, and at 7.20 the owner is telling me that the meals are still 5 minute until cooked.Even though the owner was very apologetic, with plenty of excuses, this is not the first time that I have been messed around here.NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

I was really hoping that it would be better just because it's convenient to bethaina, well .. never again. Very unimpressed the the customer service, young fella really shouldn't be serving customers and then bagging out the owners because of their drink selections, I asked for coke got charged $6 and got LA ice cola ?? That didn't worry me compared to the boiled chicken in a tasteless sauce with overcooked veg. I ordered Mongolian lamb, not even sure what it was ?? The food is just terrible, don't waste your time.

Never order special fried rice, it is bland, plain, boring, no bits in it, just plain rice with 3 tiny shrimp prawns on the top. The plain fried rice weeks ago was far better than this, pay more, get less, and the Chow Mein was dry and bland, needed sauce with it. Very disappointed as have to find a new Chinese place, that will be further away from home

Can't really give a fair rating. We tried to order, but the chef/owner was too busy yelling at the other staff for them to answer the phone let alone serve us at the counter.Other customers had been waiting an hour for their food and were openly discussing how he should not be yelling at the staff like that.
