My son purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for me for Mother's Day at Stockland Vodafone. Ronish was the guy who served us. He was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and so very very helpful! He also knew everything about the product and he was super fast in helping us to set up my new plan. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I'm so glad we picked this store and had Ronish serve us. Best experience I've ever had with a mobile phone provider. Great job Ronish!!

Useless for existing Vodafone customers, very unhelpful. The staff here are only interested in people who want to upgrade or make new purchases. The staff will direct you to call 1555 to solve your existing Sim plan inquiries. This shop gives customer the impression that they only care about sales and attract new customers. Very unsatisfied as a Vodafone customer for over 10 years, I am thinking to switch to other company now due to their inprofessionalism with customer service.

Went into the store today to pick up a new iPhone, received the phone very early, even while orders direct from Apple are still not filled. Received outstanding service from Ronish, who was eager to help me get set up. I can’t recommend this store highly enough. A pleasure to deal with.
