The service here is fantastic, one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The ladies helped me find the perfect quilt/doona. Great sale prices. Couldn't resist buying towels as well. My new favourite shop.

No staff around to ask questions about a product I was after and when I went to the checkout and asked the young girl if they had a certain product as I couldn't find what I was looking for, her response was well they are all down there so I don't know" I understand that sometimes people don't know exactly what products are available but would it would be great if she wasn't fully aware that she then ask a fellow team member if they can assist? Staff training and product knowledge go a long way in the retail industry

Yesterday I had visited the store in Mornington and came across Dillion. His customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended the store and very happy with my purchase of Wool underlay and Egyptian sheets to help me thru the cold months. Thankyou for your time and kindness.
