Australia Post - Blackbutt LPO
Rude and unhelpful staff.Had a copy of the returns email with the reference number on it (specific to aus post) which I have returned things before using the aus post return reference number. Was told after waiting 10 minutes while the two staff members were talking amongst themselves to go to the other Australian post office as they can’t help me.
