Simon is amazing, I had a pretty bad sports injury from the gym and after two sessions he has practically mended me. After many experiences with osteos, physios and chiro’s I always feel like Simon applies the right amount of pressure and when ever I need immediate attention I can book him in without a problem. Highly recommend

I've had back issues for most of my life (bulging disc, referred pain etc). Tried all sorts of physio, but nothing seemed to work. A few sessions with Simon fixed literally YEARS of pain and discomfort, including things I thought I'd just have to live with. He is friendly and professional, but also really good at explaining what he is doing and why. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I saw Simon for Osteo work on my lower back and shoulder. Simon is very professional, explaining what the issues are and how to treat them. He works finding the root cause of the issue and treating that to ensure a long term solution. His treatment was very quick and highly effective. After 2 years of constant struggle with injury, I went to see Simon after being referred by a friend. I can't begin to explain what a difference his treatments have made. I have regained mobility and strength in my shoulders, back, and elbow, and I no longer need pain medication or anti-inflammatories to work or exercise.Simon is incredibly knowledgeable, and his guidance on treatments and exercises to do at home has been instrumental in my recovery.Highest possible recommendation!

I've seen Simon for around a year and he has helped me with an array of troubles, from knee issues to tension knots in my shoulders. I've also seen a few other practitioners here and also had good results. Wonderful service and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend making an appointment.
