This is the first negative review I've ever given but have no choice. Very long wait of over 30 mins, and would be the worst fish and chips we've had. Burnt spring roll, greasy limp chips, etc. We were recommended there from others, maybe they're having a bad day but we were extremely disappointed, and we're pretty easily pleased.

had fish and chips here the fish tastes like it's been sitting in the freezer for days not fresh at all. chips are okay. staff didn't seen like they want to be there. pretty sad this place has gone downhill.

$4 for a can of Pepsi, and then they tried to slug me an illegal 50c surcharge to use card.Poor service, don’t care they are breaking consumer law, what other laws might they be breaking (food safety in the kitchen for example?)?

So disappointed. Have always rated Kurt and his fish and chips highly but after tonight it's a big no. After waiting 30 minutes and asking politely how much longer as we have to catch the spirit of tasmania Kurt had some kind of meltdown. Firstly accusing me of lying about how long I'd waited, then saying do you wanna come back here and cook". Sorry for asking after 30 minutes Kurt. Obviously as it's on the market

I’m currently sitting here. It’s been 45 min for 2 chips and gravy. It’s not busy. 3 other customers.Kitchen has 5 staffers. And they are all useless.Choose another chew and spew folks.

Had to wait 45 minutes for fish and chips, but it was Good Friday, heard one of the kitchen staff say they'd cooked 75kg of flake that day. The fish & chips were great though, had a very nice time chatting with one of my children and listening to the greatest hits of the 80's so I rate this as a golden moment.
