Had one of Butlers team out recently and as always was a good experience. The guys are knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Have had them out for a few jobs and the experience has always been a good one!

Had a great experience with Butler Plumbing. I was informed about the process all the time by Lauren (booking time, who would arrive at my place, answering my questions, etc).On the day, James, the plumber, was an absolute legend! He was very patient, very thorough and made sure the bidet installation at my place went smoothly. He also did a test to ensure there was no leak.Highly recommend Butler Plumbing for their excellent plumbing services!

Butler Plumbing were great to work with. The office team were communicative and responsive, the plumber turned up on time and did a great job. It's rare that I've had a tradesperson turn up when they said they would. It's really important they come on time because most of us need to organise working from home. Also, I live in an apartment building so I need to book in the building manager to turn off my apartment's water when the plumber comes. I highly recommend Butler Plumbing.

We were looking for someone to do some roof plumbing repairs before tilers completed their work. Initial person from butler plumbing said no work needed to be done, after speaking to roof tiler the boss came out and provided quote for work.Peter who completed the work was great, explained everything, fixed a couple of extra things and didn’t ring the door bell when our little one was sleeping :-) I would definitely use him again if we needed more plumbing work done :-)

Call out was organised quickly and efficiently. Ben and Chris were prompt and professional in getting the job done. Will call again.

While the plumbers were lovely, it cost over $1300 for 1hrs work for approximately 2 metres of pvc and 1 metre copper. Didn't fix the problem nor did they finish the job properly

As always, problem solved quickly by Butler Plumbing. Potential serious leak from my apartment at Regency Towers onto floors below while I was travelling in Europe. Mitch returned my call within an hour, arranged access to 2 floors, resolved what the problem was, kept our building manager included in the conversation..faultless service and great knowledge of Regency Towers and its plumbing. I seem to be the odd one out here but my experience with Butler Plumbing was very poor. A couple of highlights* Fix to hole in roof was amateur at best - see picture. I would expect more than just unloading a whole tube of silicone from a professional roof plumber* New kitchen tap connected incorrectly (hot water was connected to cold)* No invoice was provided for the work - had to request this after the fact* Quoted $1700 to waterproof rusted box gutter - got another quote for the same work for $600* No Compliance Certificate provided for replacement of gas cooktop despite being charged $100 on the invoice for this* Slow and unreliable response to appointment booking and providing quotes (multiple follow ups required in all cases)* $12k quote provided for replacement of sewer pipe when what was agreed was relining of the existing pipe (at less than half that price)* No response from 24/7" line when i had blocked sewerI am always happy to pay a premium for honest and quality work but that is not what i got from Butler Plumbing."

Wish I found these guys sooner. They were able to fix a roof leak that had been bothering us for ages and nobody else could fix. Also cleaned out and checked the gutters. Very pleased with their work and advice.
