I have been bringing our company cars to these guys for years. They have maintained them at a very high standard. Always super efficient and able to work with us to keep the cars maintained and running at their best whilst maintaining minimal downtime.We really punish our cars with very high kms on every vehicle and with the servicing handled by the guys we have never had a single vehicle broken down.Highly recommended. DMW was really helpful when I took my car in for a moderate service. They were able to involve me by breaking down the pricing which gave me a better understanding of the work that needed to be done, and why certain parts needed to be fixed or replaced. Hard to come by a Mechanic who is inclusive and proves themselves trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thanks guys

Really disappointed. Now, having read great reviews from other customers I feel even more disappointed. This company came highly recommended by a family member. Sadly, I'd never recommend this company based on our experience. We sent our car in for new leaf springs and a 2inch lift. Picked up the car, drove all the way home with a heavy grinding sound coming from under the car near the passenger side. Phoned the very next day, mechanic said 'oh sorry I actually didn't get it up to speed when I test drove it, bring it back and we'll fix it'. Took the car back. Picked it up days later. Drove home. Car was quiet most of the way (still a subtle grinding sound). Next day, turned hard left out of a parking spot and heard the loudest crunching and grinding sound. Tried to phone the company, couldn't get through. Finally got through a few days later. When I explained the problem the mechanic responded with 'I just think its suss that your phoning me a week later'. Implying that I wanted something for nothing when all I really wanted what the job done right. We were prompt with payment and easy to deal with. All we expected was the job done properly. Not only has this company caused damage to the car, their customer service was extremely poor. I sincerely hope we were just the unlucky ones and no one else is ripped off by this company. We ended up having to take the car to our trusted local mechanic who indicated that Dural had in fact done a 4inch lift putting too much pressure on CV joints. The wheels were also horribly out of alignment. We're out of pocket because of Dural Motor Works but its a lesson learnt.
