Needed urgent repairs for my phone screen and they provided quick effective repairs at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

My Samsung A20 fell down and the display was completely broken.The mobile phone is associated with MFA to my office login and bank accounts.Mi took the least amount of time (40 minutes) to replace the screen and return the device fully functional.It has been over a week now and I am happy with the new screen.The cost was reasonable enough as per market standards and Mi did not take advantage of the urgency by raising prices to serve.Rather, they were very courteous and supportive,

A friend went to fix her phone, and they charged her $50 to check what was the problem, and extra $150 to fix it, the phone it’s not working, we went today because we wanted to know why it wasn’t working and they did not say anything, just that it wasn’t 100% sure that the phone worked well after they “fixed”, bad experience, I will never come back

My partner and i had new glass phone screen protectors fitted to our phones - the one fitted on my phone chipped only 2 days after as it was not glued completely on one side. The chip resulted in a hairline crack through the screen and when I brought it back to ask if they could fix it under warranty, they refused to and insisted on charging the full value of the product again. My partner had a similar issue and they offered to fix it by removing the screen protector and redoing it again, only they only ended up removing the phone screen without replacing it because they ran out of glue".I must say i was extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility and professionalism. Bought two batteries for my two car keys, and both died within a year. Took them to Subaru who found they put incorrect 1616 and inferior, non-branded Chinese batteries. When I raised this, they refused to refund me. Stay away. Poor customer service, arrogant people. Will never go back.

Very good phone repairs and quick

I went to t-shine case at Rhodes Waterside and they were unprofessional and overpriced. I went down to level 2 to this store and let me tell you it was much better than the other one. The staff were kind, professional and the phone cases were of a reasonable price. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
