Had heard this business was very customer orientated, so felt confident that they might succeed in finding a suitable spare wheel for my boat trailer....I should say that other businesses had failed ,so after measuring pcd etc ,consulting with colleagues in adjoining businesses I was told that I would be rung before close of business.....48 hours later I did receive a call to tell me they also had given up the quest for my wheel . I should say the crew were always polite and , had I had, a bulk standard job for them,I feel confident it would have been 5 star .

Had a problem with my trailer. Spoke on Saturday, dropped off the trailer on Monday morning and all fixed by lunchtime. Great and easy to work with. Professional service at fair price and fantastic turn around time. They were recommended by another business in Noosaville and thank goodness I followed the recommendation. Couldn’t be happier. If i could give the team at northcoast batteries and trailers 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond to fit my twin batteries which were ridiculously fitted under drivers seat, which needed to be removed to get to batteries. They didn't have 2 batteries in stock so fitted 1 and a temporary one to get me going then I came back next day and they needed to go through the whole process again. Removing front seat replacing temporary battery with the new one. All done with a great attitude, promptly and professionally and at a great price. Thanks so much guys I'll be recommending you to everyone.

The service is outstanding. I took my camper trailer here for a repair expecting it to take days. Got it back same day and at a great price. Two other places in Noosa had looked at it and couldn’t repair it, let’s not go there! Thoroughly recommend.

I was on a trip from Maroochydore to Murgon and had a trailer light issue. After a phone call they offered to fix on the spot. Andrew came and and found the issue straight away, fixed then gave me some tips on the electrical connections. Brilliant service. Thank you very much!

Excellent Service, Ange, Rob and Andrew run a very professional shop, they service my trailers annually using quality parts and Japanese bearings, I’ve never had any failures or dramas towing long distance since they have been looking after my batteries and trailers. They have also custom fabricated a rescue hub and spare wheel mounts for the long distance journeys to make any unlikely dramas in the middle of nowhere easy to get back on the road, I would highly recommend these guys. 11 out of 10

I had some vehicle starting issues this morning. With all the symptoms of a flattening battery I got the vehicle going and drove 2hrs up from Brisbane. Believing that I would need a new battery I dropped into B&T. Rather than sell me a battery they listened and examined the problem. It wasn’t the battery. Rather, I have a potentially problematic starter motor. It continues to start fine and I’ll keep an eye on it happening again. INTEGRITY - Probably the first thing we should look for when we choose a service business. And this one has it in spades. The Service technician knew his stuff and the First contact woman was a great “Director of first impressions” . I would highly recommend this business.
