Stopped for a quick feed & to use the toilets. Food was terrible but the toilets (both male & female) were atrocious. The men’s cistern looks as tho it has NEVER been cleaned. Mentioned this to the manager playing with his iPhone behind the counter who gave me a look of surprise. Shortly afterwards l had continuous pains in my gut as l drove down the M1. Will never stop here again. Does the health dept ever read & act upon these complaints?

Just under half a tank in a Ford ranger and I'm able to put 50L in my tank till full. Doesn't sound right to me, I don't have a 90L tank?

Good gas station in terms of range of items you can buy like grocery, alcohol, coffee and snacks, music and even has a small Australia Post outlet. The staff were quite friendly but the coffee quality was a big let down though. Overall a good place to shop but don't expect to be blown away by coffee.

First time we've stopped at this service station. We've only just decided to use only BP 98 in our Subaru Forester. The pricing here was great. The selection of things inside the shop was awesome. This place has a lot more than you'd expect and a lot more in common with a country general store (even has a post office) than your standard highway service station. We will be remembering and coming back I reckon.

Toilets really weren't that bad l which was a relief after reading other reviews. I didn't like that they refused to fill up my water bottle saying that they didn't have any drinking water in site and the only option is to buy a disposable plastic bottle of water. I find it a bit hard to believe that there isn't even drinking tap water available for the staff to access.

Stopped at many truck stops while traveling in our Kombi but this BP Coolonglook has great coffee & even includes a little sweetie on top of coffee!!

We made the unfortunate decision to call in and use the toilets on a recent road trip. The only way to describe the toilets adequately is filthy !!! The waste bin in the ladies toilet was filled with dirty nappies and all goodness knows what else and did not close so the smell wafted through the toilet. The nappy change table had numerous dirty marks and runs of a dirty brown colour coming down the front. The hand dryer had filth, mould and grime at the bottom and running down the sides. The tap over the basin said do not drink so am unsure where this water came from. I did report the issue to the attendant in line with the sign outside the toilets. These toilets look like they have never been cleaned and are not regularly cleaned. Do not use. And avoid

Food was half cooked oily and disgusting. Over priced garbage. The management are rude. Very unhygienic smoking out the back then serving customers without washing hands and a child working in the kitchen all the time with her mother. Will never step in the place again and will be advising the locals to steer clear

We stopped to fill up with gas and have something to eat on our way home to the Central Coast. I brought 2 pies which were absolutely deeeelicious worth the $6 eachWe sat at the park across the road in the sun ☀️ and happily ate our pies

Chicken pie was good but the chilli dog was like chewing on a rock
