I have to say that I wasn’t to keen about buying a car online BUT after chatting to the online sales persons and persons they placed everything in my online file so they could track the conversations. We put a deposit on the car. Went interstate and had a great look and drive.After meeting the staff and seeing the car had a few little issues BUT everything was sorted out by the staff and us and fast. They kept us informed the entire way through. I was very impressed. I have to say that the company and staff are good. Made buying a car a lot easier. We would look into doing it again if needed. The cars are clean, well prepared and presented. Love the 6 months warranty ( 3 if from dealer).After everything we are very pleased how it all went.

An amazing experience. At first I was hesitant especially with all the scams around, but I had so much support, verbally and digitally that my mind was put at ease. I had been searching for a car for a few months. The car yards I attended weren't very helpful with trade-ins, nor finding me something in my price range.When I found cars 24, my attention was tweaked. I was getting so excited at the possibility of new car, and delivered, I slapped myself. So I quickly did began investigations about the company before committing. Once satisfied I just dove right in. It was hassel free and within a week I had my new car driven to my doorstep with a massive blue ribbon attached to the bonnet. The delivery guy, Peter, was an added bonus. Down to earth however professional. Such An amazing experience.

Best experience I have had purchasing a car. The staff obviously love what they do. And their online process and advice is so easy and I'm in my 60's.

From start to finish it was a flawless process. I was a little sceptical at first but did some online research (as you are now doing!) and I found nothing but great reviews and comments. I'm originally from Vancouver and was in the car business as was my wife so I was very thorough in my research. The price that was offered was a fair value,obviously not full retail, but they have to make a profit as well. The auto dealers in my area were offering me at least 2K less than what CARS24 offered me. Also other similar" companies to CARS24 were also offering me 2K less.It is a very easy a seamless process. The only problem someone might have is the company is Indian owned and therefore have Indian employee's that have thick accents which at times can be hard to understand. However just have a little patience and you will see how easy CARS24 is to deal with!"

The most stress free experience I have encountered. Communication and customer service a 10/10. Anytime I had a query, I had someone email right away and helped with any question I had. Car was exactly like photo. And I even did all the paperwork in the comfort of my home which was so good. It was super fast. Definitely rate them a 10/10. Thank you for my car.

Purchased with no fuss, bunch of ripping blokes and were just laid back. Driven the vehicle over 1,400k’s in the first 5 days, and am extremely happy with my purchase. Will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.
