I was a loyal client of House of Lox in Sydney both the Darlinghurst and Neutral Bay Salon for over 6 years. Larissa and her team looked after my hair and hair extensions meticulously. It was only natural for me to go to her Gold Coast salon to continue to have her awesome staff look after my hair. I was not disappointed, her staff, her salon, the ease of parking and just the general overall feel is outstanding. The knowledge her staff have and the care and time they take to really listen to what I want is something you don’t find everywhere. If you want the best hair care both with it without extensions do yourself a favour and book in..you won’t regret it. Can’t recommend it enough.

I could not recommend Kadie and the girls, Cass and Alexis more ☺️ They are genuinely lovely to chat to and are honest and so knowledgeable on the services they offer. I have been a client for over 18 months and I couldn’t imagine going to any other hairdressers on the Gold Coast! I 1000% trust their opinions and advice on my hair. From their honest approach with any inspiration I’ve shown the girls, they’ve always been able to guide me to make the best decisions for my hair type, colour and styles. We all know we can’t always get what we want to achieve but having hairdressers that aren’t shy to be honest and truthful with results depending on your hair type is something rare and shows a great level of ethic and genuine care for their clients. It’s great to know that they won’t just take your money and want you to walk out of the salon feeling amazing, happy and beautiful with your hair ☺️ More hairdressers need the same approach! Went from black to copper. Hair was left in great condition but it was sloppy work with patches left on my roots (possible ATTEMPT at a shadow melt). Hair was bleached from back to front but all taken out at once which left the front darker and with a black band only at the front. Did not have the appropriate colours and I walked out as a highlighter and not the deep copper red as shown in my inspiration which was definitely achievable. Overall I would not return to this salon.

My hairdresser Kadie is absolutely amazing, my hair is healthy and a beautiful blonde colour. I have been going to her for over 12 months now and I won’t go anywhere else.I highly recommend this salon.

Best friend is too polite to post this review, but result is too badly ridiculous to ignore. Appointment was Sat 21st for blonde regrowth & highlights, absurdly high price didn’t even cover grey leaving it a translucent purple. Cost over $200. Where are all these positive reviews coming from?Sky high price and result you should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of people. How can you think this is “expert” service what a joke. Spreading the word for sure. Just don’t.

Cassie is Amazing! She is absolutely a very experienced blonde specialist. I have very specific expectations (like all fussy blondes) and she understood and nailed the brief. Clean, bright blonde all the way. Highly recommend.
