Hi!This is to let you know the terrible experience we have had in dealing with Reliance Real Estate ( Director VIK MONGA )We contacted Reliance Real Estate to sell our property 16 Heyfield Drive Truganina. We met Vik Monga at the time. He was very keen to take our property on board to sell. He showed great interest and signed the contract with commission charges of 1.4% including GST.He found a buyer and was negotiating the deal with him for 2 weeks. According to Vik Monga, he has worked very hard for it and has never come across a buyer that different. We were agreeing to most of the terms of the buyer and supporting Vik Monga. We agreed to reducing the sale contract price, re grouting the toilets, alignment of the doors etc.After one month of the sale, it was time to release the 10% deposit as per section 23. So then Vik Monga calls to inform us that he will take the entire commission from this 10% deposit amount. We went ahead and agreed to that as well. Then he insisted to increase his commission to 1.8% plus GST, and then he will have the funds transferred by the end of business. We were really taken back with this act of change of deal but we were compelled to negotiate on this as well as we felt that we had no choice. He settled his commission to 1.6% including GST. He had simply taken undue advantage of our situation!!!!!After taking his SELF RESTRUCTURED COMMISSION, he transferred the money in 5 minutes and has informed all staff members not to talk to my wife over the phone. Iam usually very busy with work so most of the communication use to happen with my wife over the phone. I guess in order to avoid us he has ordered all his staff ( Anmol - Reliance Truganina).That felt Very Rude and Non Professional!After that we tried to follow up on settlement dates and he use to not answer calls and even on emails he use to be very blunt enough to state that it’s between both the conveyancers to decide.We are now Finally Done With Reliance Vik Monga.What A Relief!

Worst communication and customer service .Very rude in communication, doesn’t pick calls most of the times . Delay in response and repairing. As tenant , I would not recommend this agency as there are more drama involved than customer service .Even I can’t complaint about anyone as they have friends dealing with complaints and blame you instead. It’s my worst experience with any real estate so far .Please improve your customer service and probe solving skills and respect the tenants .

Great team to deal with. Honest and hard working. They were extremely professional at all times and their service was wonderful. Highly recommend reliance if your looking to sell or buy.
