Building 401 - Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology and Social Work

While the exterior may look like some sort of evil laboratory that tortures subjects without their consent it is in fact instead surrounded by laboratories that torture consenting and willing subjects. Once you get past the soviet apartment block exterior it is beautiful inside with it's unique Japanese themed water garden with ponds and fish. A few seats and tables to catch the sun and a nearby overly priced vending machine that sells a range of diabetes inducing study foods. This used to be the central hub for psychology studies however that has now moved. Not sure who is using it now but I am quite sure the interrogation rooms and wood chippers are only there for study purposes.
