Carpet Cleaning Connection

Not at all happy with the job. Normally when you get your carpet done they ask you if you are happy with the job before packing up. There were stains left everywhere. He didn’t even vacuum first so the carpet is not even clean. A whole day and the carpet is still damp and starting to smell.He emptied about 8 buckets of dirty water down our footpathWe were charged $200 for 1 hours work. Didn’t even give us a receipt just drove off.Felt ripped off.

My Family have had Paul doing our cleaning for several years and have always been completely happy with this Company's service. We were a little concerned regarding a couple of our stains but, whatever he uses, certainly did the job to satisfaction. We would highly recommend Paul's services for many different cleaning jobs, especially the lounges as we have small grand children.

EXCELLENT quality service and stain removal was unbelievable! I recommend these guys for anyone looking for a job well done and a great price. Nothing else to be said!

EDIT: SEE PHOTOS BELOW! Please note the response from the guy who owns this 'business' has given someone else's address, not the one we hired him to do. Clearly this means he has had other issues from other clients if he is making these claims. We met with Paul at the property on the day he was to complete the end of lease clean, showed him around, he explained what he was going to do, then as soon as we left, he also left. We returned to the property 2 hours later to check progress, he was gone, house was locked up and he had not done anything. He did not have a key to open on his return, and when we called him he said he was at another job. If he has confused us with another unhappy person, then he obviously is NOT a trustworthy or reliable person. Paul refused to take calls from us, and continued to deny us communication weeks after when we tried speaking to his admin Mel Clements" but she was useless and refused to ask Paul to contact us
