Falsely advertised. On a 35+° few days the Pool was green, half full, neglected and unusable when we arrived, it was advertised nice and blue 2 days before, kitchen was closed for renovations but no renovations were going on. Pubic hairs in the sheets before we got into the bed! Unprofessional staff. Over priced at $179 per night for a family room. Air con that wanted to blow cold air when it wanted to. Kettle was half full of what smelt like urine. Smoke alarm was not working and on a chair in the kids room. Not a kid friendly place, broken stuff everywhere you looked, unmaintained. Not a pleasant place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! Excellent staff and always happy to help. Food was nice. Bar and restaurant were packed and had a nice ambience. Great place to wind down, relax and enjoy the nature.

In a word...'Disgusting'!Over priced & falsely advertised as a Resort" this place should be pulled down. The rooms are shocking & the pool green

Just stayed one night - checked out when supposed to stay 2. Rooms filthy- mould growing in bathroom behind basin and shower black (I refused to shower) stains on top sheet of bed and on the couch. There was water in kettle, tipped out and boiled fresh water a few times, kettle still smelt weird so did not have morning coffee..Dinner was just OK. Told in middle of renovations- but no evidence of renovations as you would expect to see. Attempted to speak to staff on morning of checkout - told was being rude. We asked for 1 night refund then decided to just walk away - do not bother with this place

Do your a favour and head back down the road to KFC. The food was awful, the service was non existent (and we were the only ones in the restaurant) which should have immediately told us something, and it was very expensive just to add insult to injury! ...... definitely a place to avoid if you're ever in Renmark!! Don't go there ...... just don't!

I would give less than one star if I could. Stayed over night in a family room. Had moss growing out of the inside of the window frame. All door frames were chipped. Bathroom was dirty and had paint peeling from the hall way wall. Of the three lights in the main room only one was working. I can not say this strongly enough. Do not stay here.

Not like the pictures. The room was spacious but not particularly clean. The leg under the bed broke during the night. It’s quite a distance from Renmark but the facilities were not available. I understand that flooding may have affected the golf course but the pool was just old and needs major upgrades.

Stayed 1 night in a Deluxe room. Room was large. Bathroom needed a good scrub and some exit mould as grout was really mouldy. Room smelt of bleach, but maybe they just throw some on the shower floor. Didn't trust the cleanliness of the rest of the room. There was a room with a fridge and a microwave, no toaster ! Sign on the door said Microwave and toaster, the bin was overflowing in there. Wasn't game to eat on the restaurant. Also golf course was empty on a weekend? Saw rodent bait stations outside our room and swimming pool was green. The place needs a complete overhaul the neglect is very obvious.
