We stopped here on the way through. Decided to try the scallop pies. Unfortunately my pie only had one scallop in it, some imitation crab, and lots of gelatin. A bit disappointing given the price of the pie. Taste was okay. My wife was a little luckier as she had two scallops in hers. I would have chosen a different pie if I knew it had the imitation crab inside.

Pies at village Bakehouse something of a letdown. Pastry 4/10 - soggy bottom. Filling 6/10 - tasty but simply not enough! Staff forgot my coffee but were extremely nice about it thanks all.

We ordered ham and cheese croissant, vanilla slice and a scone. The toasted ham and cheese was tasty and fresh. Coffee is smooth. The scone was Really nice! I’m glad I have tried their scone. I’ll recommend people to try their scone.2 coffee, 2 ham and cheese croissant, 1 vanilla slice and one scone is $27.31.

So so good! Went with a mix of Aussie and foreign friends, everyone agreed it was the best beef pie, scallop pie and lammington ever!!!! Coffee is a little expensive but this cafe is tons better than the one opposite.

YUM! We are not not seafood people so always nervous to order scallop pies but this one was amazing - so fresh & tasty. We also had a vanilla slice & croissant which were delicious. Highly recommend

I bake GF for my family, struggled to justify why it was 80% more expensive?Could understand why $9.00 for a Scallop pie, as scallops are expensive.OVERALLClean and well organised little bakeryNot the best pies, but not the worst I have ever had either.Be wary of the cheeky little sparrows.

Extravagant!!! Scallop pie - incredible. Didn't think it's possible but it is their specialty. Tasted great - pic here!!! A must try when you go to Port Fairy. You can get all the other favourite pies, cakes and Illawara Bread - you know the genuine bread" that you can taste. The wharf area is also great as you can buy seafood off the boat - not many places this happens these days

Actually had some really nice pies from this bakery, and we've been here on a few trips when in Port Fairy. Coffee is okay and there's a good selection of food. Would definitely recommend the pies!
