Come here after a seizure, they tell me nothings wrong with you thinking I'm just there for meds, 2vweeks later find out I have epilepsy from the hospital. Absolute spastics who work here.

Doesn't seem to ever be open. Dragged my sick self out of bed to get there at 7am opening only to see a sign saying they won't take walk-ins til 9am. Shutters all down. Third time I've attended in two years and they've either not been open or wouldn't take walk-ins. I'd make an appointment but they also don't do appointments. I guess more fool for me for trying to access their services.

This doctors is a walk in only no appointments no phone consultations doctors make up their own rules about when they want to go home , I got there and was told wait was 2 hours I waited a total of 3 hours ,so many people just walked out and asked when they will be seen ,it’s not really good enough it’s not the reception fault it’s obviously understaffed and unorganised ,I have never waited so long in my life honestly a really bad experience and won’t be coming back again

WARNING,,, Avoid this place unless you got all day to wait for nothing in return.I waited 1hr & 30min to see a doctor, for the doctor to tell me to make an appointment the following week. The doctors excuse was there was too many patients waiting. Extremely poor service. See the rest of feedback left from other people.......

Absolutely appalled that the medical centre closed before specified time. It says open hours are between 8am to 4pm. I was at the practice at 3:20pm and all the shutters were down! Have now gone to another medical centre with a 2hour wait time! Just ridiculous!!!

Zero stars if I could. Worst run medical centre I've ever been to. You have to wait for hours. I put my name down when i went back in 2 hrs I was told my name wasn't in the system and had to wait another 2 hrs. Receptionists are hopeless always stuffing up. Drs only see you for a few minutes. Don't bother going it's hopeless. They don't care.

It's OK, they have a few good doctors but wait times are excessively long. Sometimes there are only one or two doctors on or they may even cancel at last minute.Have been visiting for years and service has unfortunately deteriorated during the past two years. Phones don't get attention (witnessed staff ignoring calls)and reception staff are not very friendly especially in the afternoons. I appreciate the GP services, hopefully management address staffing issues and improve services.

Unbelievably rude staff in the chemist! I think they need to be trained properly in customer service. I will not be coming back to this place and I will definitely be telling people to avoid at all costs.

Presented to the clinic for vaccination, 30 min prior to closing time. The female gp was very lovely and professional. The nurse who gave the injection was extremely RUDE, she straight up told me”you shouldn’t be here that late”, I apologised and said to her that I worked long hours and I already came straight after work, the nurse responses was”I don’t think you feel sorry at all, you should’ve known better, you’re a liar”. I was very upset and that nurse shouldn’t even treat any patients, very ridiculous.

1 star is still high for the service received here. I booked at appointment and after over an hour from the appointment time, I was still waiting for the doctor. The doctor was not seeing any patients during the time and Multiple times the doctor walked passed me and did not acknowledge me, nor did they apologise for the extreme delay. They decided to argue over who was right in a matter not relevant to the complaint. The doctor then walks out leaving myself unattended to. After visiting other medical centres, this service at blue cross has been terrible and I definitely do not recommend.
