ALDI

This store is aways quiet...which means you get through your shopping very quickly. The staff have always been cheerful, helpful and professional. They get a lot of abuse from people - it's hard to understand why. I've been a customer there, since it was built. Highly recommend.

Came to this store and being ask to open and check a tiny lady handbag, size to fit purse only. Understand the right to check but never was asked to check of bag of this size especially others in front of queue having much bigger bags but not asked to open for checking. No explaination of reason being treated differently. After consulting with the shift manager, the answer was everyone and every bag need to be checked as ALDI policy, which i dont believe is true. The attitude from the staff checking my bad to the morning shift manager are also not friendly. Never come to this store anymore. This is 19 May 2022 9am shift if this ALDI store management team can please look into the issue and provide essential staff training who work as customer services in the front line. Thanks.

Update: vegetables and fruit are hit or miss. Often you'll discover they are bruised when you cut them open ( see my photo of a lettuce I bought for Xmas day lunch). Avocados are the worst.(Previous review 4 stars)Car parking slots seem narrow to me. With many SUV on the road, reducing parking slots widths, seems inconvenient to me and others. It's also dangerous if you drive a regular sedan. You can't see anything.Staff- great! -Very friendly and helpful.Prices- good.Stock- some products are unavailable at most Aldi. Get there early if you want anything.Special buys etc- very tempting and are in the centre of the store. You can pick up a great bargain here.

This store is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and also courageous enough to stand up for the vulnerables.

As always, you can buy different products that you can't find anywhere else with affordable prices. A big thumbs up for the friendly and corteuos staff.The only downside is the lift next to ALDI, it really needs a frequent clean up to keep it nice and tidy, more than ever these days that we have to learn how to live with this virus.

Thank you to Lauren (shift manager I think) who helped me today find stock in another store. Went above and beyond instead of just saying to look online for stock and it felt like she really wanted to help out. She was very friendly and it's been a while since I've had such great customer service from anywhere. Much appreciated.

Store is clean & tidy. And never really busy which is good. Staff are friendly

Everything is good except the attitude of the old white woman! She’s too racist towards Asians. Always smile and talk friendly with other whites but never with me. She showed a cold face and did not say thank you to me inspire of my friendliness. Never go there again.

Good to staff in full uniform on their break rush to get in front of you when a new checkout opens
