Excelsior Hotel
Had lunch here today. Chicken satay & chicken Caesar beautiful. I Had lobster surf n turf absolutely beautiful! Chef JB & boys lovely and all staff Brylee & Jess beautiful and kind. Thanks will be back

The staff do their best to assist,considering they were obviously short on workers the nightci attended.FoodHad the eye fillet.Pricey but worth the money,4/5.

Excelsior Hotel
The room is ok, parking space is easy. The main drawback is the hotel reception is in the bar. It is inconvenient for a family with kids to check in. Moreover, the bar is closed in the morning, so no staff at all in the premises. It would be great if they can provide a small office to manage the hotel itself. It is a bar with hotel at the back. I think they should mention this

Had dinner tonight with the family, including our 3 kids. We were served by Kylie in the bistro. To say she was amazing would be an understatement. She went above and beyond for the kids, was extremely kind and caring and very generous making our kids laugh and enjoy their time here instead of being bored. Kylie is an absolute asset to your company and we would not hesitate in coming back to see her smiling face again.

Overall very good. Kids play area was great for my 3 year old. We got there about 2.15 and they close at 3 but still have our lunch and didn’t feel rushed.

We came in on mothers day for dinner booking. Would like to inform you guys of how great the service was! Food fantastic - ordered rack of lamb & rib eye steak as recommeneded by braylee & the main chef on. Great team work from kitchen team all food was fantastic. My mother and my family loved it. Thank you will be back soon p.s mother day gift was sweet & thoughtful cheers :)

My parents and l enjoy having lunch here on a weekly basis. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Brylee who always make us feel at home! Ordering our meals through me&u is quick and easy.
