Had an appointment at 4:30pm didn’t get to start till 7:30pm, was told won’t be long for 2 hours. Wasn’t giving any information about aftercare when I asked, and was over charged at the end.

The hairdresser was over an hour late and later whilst doing my hair took a break for over an hour whilst I was just sitting there. Don’t get me started on the fact that she was on the phone the whole time whilst doing my hair. We finished very late and the final product was not great. The lady sitting next to me waited for over 2 hours being told the hairdresser was coming. I would definitely not recommend.

I made appointment with the owner to do my hair because I liked what she has done for me in the past. When I went there on my appointment day, I found out that she wasn’t there and that I had to do my hair with someone else’s that never done my hair before. I did my hair because I had to do it but the quality was so poor I had to open my hair after a week after it become so itchy $ my scalp was on flame. I normally do my hair every 4-6 weeks but I had to open it in one week.

had appointment at 11, i was driving 40kms, did not show up and did not call until 2pm, so i drove for no reason and waited for the longest time with no updates

i had an appointment with them and they didnt show up leaving me hanging the street an hour. i drove there from a long distance and she didnt even have the couresty to tell me to not come or cancel
