Ageless Yoga Athelstone Classes
I have been a regular attendee at Ageless Yoga Classes for about 4 years. I have lived an adventurous and sporting life, which has resulted in many injuries and operations. 30 years after this, I found myself stooping, difficult to lift my arms above my head and with a reduced gait when walking. Yoga has been tremendous in helping me to try and get my body back to a better normality, and it has done this in a holistic, tranquil and highly enjoyable fashion. Terry's excellent teaching along with his 'No Pressure' approach means that absolutely anyone can and should give it a go, enjoy it and reap the benefits.
