Congratulations Chemist Warehouse Mosman, your terrible customer service has compelled me to write my first negative Google review. Every so often I forget myself and your broad product range, longer opening hours and click and collect draw me into your store, but I never leave without being reminded of how dispensable you consider me, the customer, to be. Normally, you can’t get two metres over the threshold of a chemist, without being offered assistance, which can often be unwelcome: chemists often being a place where discretion is called for. Fear not though, there’s no chance of being offered anything at all at CWM. If you do need help, and manage to run an employee to ground, prepare to be offered a blank stare for having the cheek approach them. The front counter is usually understaffed and, if there is more than one cashier, they will likely be engaged in conversation with each other before, while and after they serve you. A single cashier may briefly tear their attention from their phone to serve you, or it may the case that there’s no cashier at all. Too bad for you. I would have walked out today except I was picking up a script for someone else, so was stuck. What about the pharmacy section? Dear pharmacists, I know you’re smart and spent 15 years, or something, getting your B Pharm, and I know you know all about medicines, and so on, so this might be hard to hear, but all that most of your customers want or need is customer service. Plenty of pharmacists get this, they understand they’re operating in a competitive market place and that customers getting scripts filled may be more vulnerable than those buying toothpaste. Customer service means not ignoring me; not giving me yet more blank stares (enough already!); and not keeping me waiting for nearly Half. An. Hour! Chemist Warehouse is convenient, leading me to, very reluctantly, give you two stars, but I’ve left CW Mosman a few times now feeling cross and diminished. You’re just not worth it.

Best Chemist Warehouse I’ve visited. Aisles are well organised making it very easy for me to find the items I need. Shelves are always fully stocked and the pharmacist Minh is always super helpful.

Minh was a nice person to engage with when picking up my strepsils, it was clearly placed on the shelf, easily reachable and the receipt was nicely folded in two.

Bought men CK one. The spray nozzle not work. The staff replaced bottle for free no issuesThe thing that was pleasantly surprised about was counter staff was so sorry for an issue out of his control. ++ pharmacist actually remember me as a regular and asked about how I was going. So thankfully. Amazing service.

Tall male pharmacist was outright rude, dismissive and made me feel really uncomfortable and upset. Completely unprofessional. I worked at another chemist warehouse previously and our pharmacy staff were very approachable and friendly and made customers feel valued. This was not my experience at all.I assume he's the same pharmacist Bernard that all the other negative reviews are about. Fire him he's terrible for your business. I went to the pharmacy down a few shops and they were very helpful and friendly. Have sent my scripts to them! <3

Extremely grateful to Minh, the manager, for being so kind and considerate. The store had few stocks left of what's currently out of stock from suppliers. Minh and Marli were such of a great help in making sure I get what I was looking for. Thank you very much!

Pricing for scripts are not cheaper than other chemists and male pharmacist is rude. Yes it is convenient but I’m over going there!
