Terrible experience with this builder. They refused to repair or provide any resolution regarding my roof that leaks water into one of the bedrooms with the slightest bit of rain, due to their poor quality workmanship.My house is less than 3 years old, save yourself the headache and choose a different builder.

I have had two projects with Stunning Homes: personal home and building homes for investment. It has been one of the most successful and satisfying experience. The Stunning Homes staff has been extremely supportive with their guidance and suggestions and lastly providing the high quality products. Great staff under great management.Can't recommend it enough, stunning experience with Stunning Homes!

Awful builder. My house was built by Stunning Homes in 2019, and I have had several issues with my home as a result of shoddy workmanship and poor quality work.Poor design of the gutter and water tank system caused my gutters and water tank to overflow at the slightest bit of rain, causing damage to my garden. Stunning homes was notified of this and no resolution was provided.The door leading to the garage was not measured properly and does not shut properly.Our roof has not started to leak, causing water to pour heavily from the ceiling into one of the bedrooms all over the bed, carpet and electrical outlet. Again when asked to provide a resolution, we were told by stunning homes to ‘get a handyman’ to fix it.Do not use this builder, they refuse to take any responsibility for their terrible work, take shortcuts and do not have the slightest bit of customer service.

After a bit of market study we finally decided to go with stunning homes and I think that a good decision we made.They not only provided us good value for money but also helped us in making decisions during selection process. They were honest and informative and always quick to respond. All my queries and concerns/issues were timely resolved. Due to Covid 19 my handover was delayed by couple of weeks but they did their best to complete on time.Overall It’s was a smooth journey throughout.They delivered me a good quality house without any compromises.I Would definitely recommend them.
