Simple question about possible surplus stock out back was met with shocking mannerisms and lack of want to be there from the lady out back sorting stock. I asked her if she possibly could’ve answered a bit nicer and copped another mouthful. If you’re not interested in serving customers then customer service is not for you. 10 year customer gone sick of bad service

What a great experience! I never ever have a bad experience at Petbarn or City Farmers, but this was above and beyond. The team had so much gusto and were so happy and positive...even on a Friday arvo! Very impressed, very happy!!!!

Don't listen to the negative review below mine the staff are absolutely fantastic and polite I find that review hard to believe probably got caught stealing or was rude to the service girls so got knickers in a twist and gave a un warranted bad review me and my furbabys love city farmers
