Carpet Selection Centre
Very disappointed. Had flooring replaced. Installers made a mess of my home by cutting skirters which was not required. Left mess of fine ground wood on furniture throughout house, splattered on walls and doors which had recently all been painted. Glue residue, texta marks left on floor in numerous places. Advised company and a month later have not heard a thing to get this resolved. Very poor after sales service, but after having paid 50 % deposit was told to pay balance in full before installation ensuring we could not have the advantage of holding back payment until all corrections were made. No follow-up.. poor poor after sales service. Would not recommend.

So disappointed. Cuts on carpet everywhere. Floor wasn't cleaned before carpet so we can feel nails and pin while walking. Don't recommend this centre at all. One of staff charged us extra $100 without informing their accounts department. Very unprofessional.

We are very happy with our new carpet and would like to thank you all for your efforts.Dave was fantastic and very knowledgeable and guided us in our selection, Sam came out and removed the old carpet and was very thorough, Gemma was very helpful and Adrian was very efficient and showed good integrity.The installers Nigel and Jake were hard working, accommodating and did a brilliant install of the carpet, it looks fantastic and the joins are hard to pick.Carpet Selection Centre, we will be recommending you to all our friends and family members and will continue to use your business into the future. Great to see an independent family business doing it right.

Bad installation, poor response to complaint, taken over 5 months to resolve. Problem not resolved yet and no contact from company since December. Floor boards are lifting with huge gaps. House was left covered in dust throughout.

Abysmal, dodgy workmanship that never got fixed. Would never recommend in a million years. Surprised the doors are still open. Make sure everything is in writing and do not pay until the job is done. Be warned. If you’re building, They will send debt collectors 2 days after invoice, banks take longer than 2 days to process payments. It’s a head ache you can avoid.

Purchased flooring and carpet at Pooraka carpet selection centre very friendly professional sales staff with excellent knowledge and advice. Tim who laid the kitchen floor is both extremely friendly and extra professional in his work a beautiful job.Nigel and his crew Jake and Cassie-Lee also did a excellent job laying the carpet. They were quick tidy and very meticulous. Very friendly and a joy to have in your home a gold star to everyone.Recommend them to anyone Caroline and Allan
